CodeSpar is the account where AI agents pay and get paid, under mandates a business sets, with a signed receipt for every settled spend.

Long

CodeSpar gives companies one governed account for the agents they run. Each agent spends under a signed mandate: limits, allowed recipients and methods, a review threshold and an expiry. Requests matching the company's approval rules wait for a person; requests outside hard limits are blocked. Payments run on Pix, boleto, card and USDC, and every settled spend gets a signed receipt anyone can verify. CodeSpar is built in New York and Rio de Janeiro by the team behind Zoop.
