Subprocessors

This is the current list of subprocessors CodeSpar uses to provide the Service. We give at least 30 days' notice of new subprocessors by email to legal@codespar.dev or through another notice channel available to affected customers. This page is referenced from our Data Processing Addendum.

Feature-Specific Subprocessors

Some subprocessors process data only for specific features. For example, Coinbase Developer Platform is relevant only if you use USDC or supported onchain features. Stripe is relevant for billing and CodeSpar fee payments. LLM inference providers are relevant only where the Service or tooling uses model-assisted functionality.

Regulated Payment and Financial Service Providers

Some payment, financial service, Pix, card, banking, Open Finance, wallet, foreign exchange, or settlement providers involved in a customer's configured routes may process personal data under their own legal and regulatory responsibilities. These providers may not always act only as CodeSpar subprocessors.

Provider Configuration Note

Licensed payment institutions and financial service providers vary by rail and by country. The specific provider handling a given customer's settlement or regulated account route may be disclosed in the customer's provider configuration, account-opening flow, dashboard, or applicable provider documents.
